The data will be treated with the help of electronic tools and with logic procedures, aiming at improving the treatment with the respect of the safety measures, foreseen by the Privacy Code. In particular, the data supplied to the interested person will be preserved on a data bank available on the Holder's local computer.It is recommended that the interested person has not to send sensible Data (about, as for example, health, religious and political opinions), which will be, in any case, immediately cancelled, failing written expressed authorisation of the interested person for the treatment.The Candidate can apply to the Owner, considering the above mentioned addresses to exercise the rights foreseen by the Protection Code (article 7), and, in particular, enter the Data, ask for their modification and update, oppose to the treatment for valid grounds.
